I have a proposal: Why do you have to tatoo all these data? Why not to make T-shirts with emergency almanac data printed on them? Then you can wear these T-shirts in appropriate times. (You need several for a change when they are washed, and perhaps a sweatchirt for the cool, weather). Potentially profitable business... Emergency Cel Nav T-shirts.
