    Both of the sites for which links were provided regarding predictions
    for Jovian satellites only provide predictions to the nearest minute.
    The French site has a few predictions for tenths of a minute, but most
    are only to the minute.  I didn't see any occultations mentioned on the
    French site with timings to less than a minute.
