    Re: Earliest Crescent Moon Visibility

Depends on various factors, not only the lunar age but also the lunar height above the horizon and the solar depression below the horizon.

Subject: [NavList] Earliest Crescent Moon Visibility

When you precompute info about the moon (with one app or so) often is mentioned the phase and age of the moon.
    For instance on 26-1-2020 at 51°N 04°E a program gives Phase=0,3  Age=2.
I looked outside on the given time, direction and height and, no moon visible. (No clouds off course)

So I wondered from which Phase/Age  is the moon visible for the naked eye?

    regards
