While Dutton's is no longer used at the Naval Academy you will find a copy on every Navy ship and we also use it at the Fleet Training Centers where we train the Quartermasters that actually navigate the ships. (Very little navigation is done by officers in the Navy, however Quartermasters still do celestial everyday in addition to using electronics.) QMC John S.
