is more extensive on celestial, or overall?

    Hi Jared,

I have a copy of both...my 13th is tatty( picked up in a job lot of about 10
books), so when I saw a chance I picked up my 14th in as new condition for
    about $10US, I think.

There is very little difference between them as to celestial nav
content...the chapter headings are the same, some of the chapters have been
re-written in the 14th, but the content is mostly all there, sometimes with
additions. The 14th has more chapters on piloting, particularily with regard
to use of radio and radar tools. The 14th has an improved layout over the
13th, and is possibly a better book in terms of "book production" and paper
quality. Both are excellent sources for celestial nav. If you are choosing,
I would probably go for the 14th.
