An afterthought. Depending how much $$ you want to put into it, and how much weight the "fragile factor" has, perhaps a piece of polished stainless steel or chromed steel? Bill > Bill> I was thinking of a piece of Plexiglas 3/8 or half an inch thick, eight > inches round, with the three leveling screws maybe an inch in from the edge. > Do you > think it would work?
