Thank you very much for your recorded Dip data.
They are quite interesting, as they show that from your observation point, dip definitely varied randomly about a mean value as time went by. I also agree with you that there does not seem to be azimuth dependence in your data.
From your recorded height of 22 meters, the average dip value quite correctly matches its 8.3' (8'18") tabular value, which is a reassuring point.
Still, your observations once again point out that DIP is definitely one "weak link" in the accuracy computation chain, since even under (quite) good conditions, dip standard deviation was already close to 0.15/0.20 arc minute.
