    Dear George,
A year ago, or so, when the "18th century online collection" had their
free trial, I downloaded this book (along with about 40 others, including
2 more by Mayer (Theorium Lunae and the Lunar Tables)). If you wish, I
would be happy to put all of these on a CD and mail them to you. All I
need is your approval and your mailing address and I could post it
    tonight.
