    keep your PC clock in sync.  mine drifts quite a bit if left free running.

     Except, NT4/5/XP has internal routines to set internet time. In NT4/5 they
    were a bit cumbersome, in XP they are transparent and standard during setup.
    I still use the simple & free little TimeRC3.exe program on my NT5
    machine--it also shows some lunar and celestial events on request.
