Settings: ISO 800, 1/500 sec., F 8, infinite focus.
Measured pixels 2476 at .0975 minutes of arc per pixel for 4° 1.4' Hs
Lunar error -0.4'
This is my first camera star lunar. The Moon is filtered using a pair of linear polarizers held out in front of the camera lens. The star is unfiltered. iPhoto electronic dark room adjustments were necessary to enhance and draw out the star and sharpen the Moon's limb.
