Hello,
I was looking at some beautiful C. Plath Navistar Classic second hand sold
sextants on the web, knowing that they are not made any more, and wondered who
still makes metal marine sextants around the world. After some research I came
up with only a handful of makes and models:
Freiberger
Drum sextant
Yacht Sextant
Cassens & Plath
Several models all based on their Professional sextant
frame
Tamaya
M-733 Spica
M-833 Jupiter
Celestaire & Guangzhou
Astra IIIB
Is there anyone else still making metal marine sextant that I
missed?
