    It is indeed a rare title, despite being printed in 1995, but sure worth 
    every penny of it. It not only has an alphabetic index, but also indexes 
    on 24 different topics like almanacs, instruments and navigation. I 
    found it by placing a want on AbeBooks, but it still lasted half a year 
    or so before one came available only slightly cheaper than the one you 
    found. Currently AbeBooks has one listed at US$562.50, bit more 
    expensive than the one you have found. My advice is: go for it (perhaps 
    as a birthday present? It is only in dollars after all ;-)).
