It is, of course, in Latin, and I was expelled from the Latin class at
school all of 60 years ago, for incompetence. I don't know of a translation
into English: does anyone else? However, I discovered, a couple of years
ago, that the Bodleian Library has a 16th century edition, in French
translation, and I can just about manage written French. Though even less
