Frank, thanks for sharing the scanned book!
Could you please also post somewhere the collection of the induvudual images of the pages (TIFF, PNG or similar) - I want to crop and de-skew them properly for more convenient reading on portable devices. The OCR is also on my to-do list. The brushed-up re-packaged PDF will be posted here and the FB2 version will follow soon too. I hope to implement all the errata notices in the updated version.
