Ted Gerrard, you wrote: "Daly is infringing that copyright by claiming he also knows this. He does not." Well, no, Ted. That's nonsense. Mike Daly is certainly not infringing on your copyright. I do hope that you will apologize for this lapse in judgement as soon as possible. There's nothing unforgiveable about "venting" your frustrations --we all do that. But accusing someone of copyright-infringement is over-the-top. You can see that, can't you? More generally: Ted, your book is filled with hypotheses that require extraordinary proof. Some of your hypotheses are down-right conspiratorial, bordering on the bizarre. I will say that they MAY WELL BE RIGHT, but you have a long way to go to convince me, speaking just as one (very) interested reader. You can't just get angry at people who don't immediately accept your conclusions. I will emphasize that I have enjoyed reading your book --really, a lot. I do recommend it. To Navlist members, I say, fork up a few bucks and buy a copy. At bare minimum you will be seriously entertained! But let's be clear: the fact that it is written on paper is no evidence of proof. It's a journal of many years of analysis on your part, Ted. And you should be proud, genuinely proud, of that. But it is not "revealed truth." I am prepared to be persuaded that there is a truer story in it than I see so far... honestly I am. So persuade me... Persuade all of us. Even if your conclusions are not entirely convincing in the end, I will say again that I have ENJOYED reading your book. :-) -FER --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ To post to this group, send email to NavList@fer3.com To , send email to NavList-@fer3.com -~----------~----~----~----~------~----~------~--~---
