Well, that was unclear Brad. When I wrote
Perhaps you would like to provide us with the precision for the distress position within it.
I meant this manual.
International Aeronautical and Maritime Search and Rescue Manual, referred to in the SAR Community as the IAMSAR Manual.
Is the distress position, listed in the IAMSAR manual, to whole minutes, or some other precision ?
Whole minutes would be consistent with the EPIRB/PLB message and the DSC message.
