Vintage G. Felsenthal & Sons' coordinate transformer star plotter or charter. Heavy plastic with turning red overlay. Backside has instructions on use to chart the movement of objects in the sky.
This measures approx. 9" square. It is in very good condition with no damage, no markings or loss of lettering.
