Re: Construction of Sextant Arm Pivot Questions ?
    From: Philip Lange
    Date: 2007 Nov 08, 18:21 -0500

My Plath has a bronze tapered pivot. The pivot screw can be adjusted to
compensate for wear. When this is done properly there is no wobble and the
    pivot arm swings freely.
