I have attached a cleaner copy of the correction table from H.O. 214 which allows you to compute altitude for your DR latitude when using H.O. 229 and H.O. 249. To compute for your DR longitude find the change in altitude for one degree change in LHA (reading down the column in H.O. 249 or going to the next page in H.O. 229. H.O. 214 tabulated this difference as "delta t" for each tabulated Hc) and using that and the minutes of LHA find the proportion which is the correction for minutes of LHA.
