I definitely need to devote sufficient time to study this more in depth. Unfortunately, almost no time during May.
BTW, this Wed I should resume flights to the USA :-) , this time to meet with my USN fellows in Florida : 30 years already we started our transition to fly the NAVY A7E Corsair II dubbed "Sluf" : Short Little Ugly Fellah !

Yes I agree 100% with your magnificent idea !
We have already experienced that it has enabled some nice improvements.
It is always a mutual "enrichment" to benefit from different ways to tackle the same problem, with (hopefully) the very same end-result.
