The title is 'Field Astronomy for Surveyors '.

The Australian version of Yahoo quickly turned up a reference to it,
but the links this led to
    http://www.biblioz.com/main.php?u=b37f66205ba70178cfa582de998c41ec

    have proved disappointing.
There may, of course, be other avenues.

This could prove to be a difficult book to find, as surveyors here are no
    longer taught astro navigation.

    Good luck with the search
