Eric: Try a web search using "deviation + card". I used google.com. Deviation cards shown in most navigation manuals. There are two styles of deviation cards. The Napier type, which is a graphic plot of the deviation curve, and the For-Steer card mostly used on small boats and aircraft. With the 5 degree card swinging the compass for more than compass points is probably overkill.
