Hi,
With regard to Status of Celestial Nav in 2015, I have just published the first Colombian Nautical Almanac, which I am co-author. I am convinced of the importance of the practice of CN today. I have to write an article where I espouse, why I was motivated to calculate, edit and publish the Nautical Almanac. I have a big argument as it is through the IMO -STCW forcing officers to demonstrate competence in the practice of CN. I would like to know if any of you can tell me other demonstrable arguments that strengthen the practice of the CN today.
