At http://www.geocities.com/CapeCanaveral/Runway/3568/costera/LineasDePosicion.html you can find the construction for two simultaneous horizontal angles position in coastal navigation: one using the compass, and other without it.
Indeed the LOP associated to an horizontal angle, are two circles. See the pic for AH >90º and AH < 90º
