To it I would add that members could consider what effect their ascerbic comments might have on a watcher thinking of contributing to the list or asking for help. After all, we don't want them to become pikers, or leave them up the boohai shooting pipis, so when moved to be sarcastic or to use ephemeral slang, don't be a dag, but give them a fair go and leave it out.
