    odd, because the 1801 paper cited above makes no such reference to

    Troughton, in its title. I wonder if there was another Mendoza paper that

    year.

     

     

    Surprisingly there are no entry for Mendoza y Ríos in the wikipedia. I have created one in english and in spanish, and I have treated to list all his works
