    N�utica y Navegaci�n. Francisco Fern�ndez Fontecha. C�diz, 1880." In page 
    199, Volume II says,
    - "The circle of reflection is of little use in our navy. While more accurate 
    for a certain class of observations, it replaces all for a sextant or a 
    quintant, so we do not take care of him." -
