Hello John,
So sorry to hear about that. I called him multiple times and wrote several emails over the span of 6 months to no avail. Finally I got my lawyer involved and after a letter from her practice he finally got back to her with a bunch of unbelievable excuses (he’d lost my address, his computer died and so on!!!). He eventually returned the chronometer with the same problem it had at the beginning of my saga with him…
