So sorry to hear about that. I called him multiple times and wrote several emails over the span of 6 months to no avail. Finally I got my lawyer involved and after a letter from her practice he finally got back to her with a bunch of unbelievable excuses (he’d lost my address, his computer died and so on!!!). He eventually returned the chronometer with the same problem it had at the beginning of my saga with him…
Let me know if I can be of further assistance.

Six months ago I sent him $2,500 worth of antique watches, ans esentually perfect Hamilton 992E, a mint 992B with Canadian dial in a NOS mainliner case, and a WWII era Omega broad arrow pilots watch. Can't get him to respond via phone or email, and I'm trying to figue out if he is simply irresponsible to his customers or if there is something else going on with his intentions. Were your watches ever returned?John Tygart
