The Invicta pro diver has a Seiko movement in it which is known for reliable function. Some Invicta divers have the Miyota movement which is also very good. What I have noticed with the Orient movement (now owned by Seiko) is that the daily rate is more consistant than the other Japanese movements in its class. As a result would be more useful for CN purposes. My Orient Flight model has been at - 2.5 seconds/day plus or minus a second for this month so far. Come summer time the rate might change some due to higher temperatures.
