Bruce, I got Breitling Colt. It is very accurate. I could not afford it but fortunately I was given it as a presnt for my birthday (please, don't ask ;>). It is chronometer, chronograph. I use it quite a lot and so far- no complains. Regarding Russian watches. I have a Russian "Submariner" watch, all mechanical. And it is very accurate, at least the rate of change is not varying as in other models. Polyot and Raketa are good also. I don't think the price of 600 is justifiable. But it is a question of a preference. But in general, Timex or Casio are as good as needed. I recently saw a great piece in a wooden box. Real chronometer. Definitely not made by HArrison but still very good. Supposed to be authentic. Price, of course, is prohibitive.
