Attatche are the results I get for your Venus sight data using Version 13.4 of my Celestial Navigator Excel workbook.
The GHA & Declination of Venus was calculated by the "Nav Bodies" worksheet.
The PDF file is from the "Sight Reduction" worksheet and shows the results for the sight reduction using Law of Cosines, NASR & HO 229 sight reduction methods. The PDF file is best viewed using 200% zoom
