    No, never come across that one. My guess is that it would be a course-text
    for the Board-of-Trade exams. Cotter was a lecturer at the Maritime College
    in Cardiff.
    Cotter also re-edited Burton's slim "The art of Astronomical Navigation",
    in 1975, after Burton had died, but it's not a work I value greatly.
