The Palm Centro cell phone does it all. In port internet NOAA weather, dial a
buoy, underway 24/7 world tides and currents, celestial, perpetual almanac,
rated chronometer, sailings, piloting, and time stamped 1.3 MP photographic
log keeping. Even music, video, and games to keep moral up. The kicker is
that I got this phone for free with a contract extension ;-)
