Hi Suzann,                  The best thing i can do is is make a hard copy of the missing pages you refer to and send them to you via snail mail.The reason for this is with my limited computer savvy i have trouble scanning and sending large files to Nav List and the one time i did this it caused a problem on the Nav List posting site. So if you are OK with providing me with your mailing address i would gladly help out and send you the pages at no cost.
