One should actually go to http://aa.usno.navy.mil/data/docs/celnavtable.html This is the place that allows one to enter date, time, and DR L/Lo. The result is then Hc and Zn for every visible navigational body. I check sight folders for US Power Squadron celestial students, this is the ultimate first-pass tool for checking them!
