    section. It is a very thick black plastic that dries without heat. "

    Which reminds me, last time I was at HD looking for epoxy putty, I need
    something white for aesthetic reasons instead of hte usual plumbers' gray. Sure
    enough, white with a pale blue core (turns white on curing) expoy putty marked
    as specially for "plastic piping of all kinds" and it stuck on polyprop, which
    usually pops right off. Maybe they've figured out a good "primer" for ABS by
    now, and this stuff has it.
