Bill,
I may break down and buy this version of Casio Diver in black or blue face if a deal shows up. If I'm to go in the water on purpose or by accident with a watch on then it should be expendable but good and the Casio Diver meets that criteria.

Thanks for the tip. I did order one as my sailing and daily Casio
beater are long in the tooth. If it keeps time as well as my old Casios
(withing 1.5 s for the beater and 3 s for the racing/cruising watch per
month) it is money well spent.
I'll report back once I receive and test it.
Ironically, my Seiko is a dress watch!
