    I am indeed William Burchell. Pennywise would make Charles Ponzi, Billy
    Sol Estes et al proud.  Some many customers, so few working watches.
    I am ecstatic I did not order undershorts from them.  Used,
    non-refurbished, sent to me my a disgruntled customer....

    For the legal beagles out there, since Pennywise used the system of UPS
    to USPS for delivery, would that constitute mail fraud?
    In terms of follow up/payback, I am well under the 30-day limit to go
    Rambo on Pennywise through Pay Pal and Capitol One.
    Should I
    1. Contact Pennywise and inform them the watch does not work, with the
    possibility that they try the same trick they did with Patrick and send
    me an envelope that would constitute more evidence for the USPS etc.?
    2. Contact Pennywise and detail the deceit, demanding a "new" watch or
