Bad policy I think. My charge account was debited 7/28/2012. I finally received a watch July 9 with shipping envelope dated July 2 and downloaded the model # 2701 manual from Casio's site: http://world.casio.com/wat/download/en/manual/ The watch was not functional as the "A" button did not work; therefore mode, time, date etc. cannot be set. This is where it gets interesting... * There are two postings on the list from Patrick Goold, one with a manual attached and the first stating he too received two watches; no box, no instructions.... * The shipping name/address on my watch envelope is: Patrick Goold 4614 Westmoreland Terrace Portsmouth, Virginia 23707 How is Patric Goold, associate professor of philosophy at Virginia Wesleyan College related to Pennywise, if at all? Can Patrick or anyone else clear up my confusion? Bill B.
