I wrote an article in PBO No. 326 (February 1994) titled "A Sun Sight Calculator for UKL 17" for a TI-67 and a near identical article for Cruising World (March 1996) titled "Create Your Own Sun Sight Reduction Program" for a TI-81. The theory is given in an article in the fall 1997 issue of The Navigator's Newsletter.
If you would like a copy of any of them, let me know.
This has been a continuing hobby of mine. For a while I sold a much larger program for the TI-82 that did not only the Sun but also the Moon, four planets, and 93 stars. It has been a great way to learn a bit of obscure knowledge.
