    Dear Kermit,

Unfortunately I am also lazy:-) In addition, I am away from home,
and have poor Internet connection, and these sited with old books
are incredibly slow and poorly organized.
Precise reference is contained in my paper, and this volume is
in the XVIII Century Collection which you mentioned recently
    in our correspondence.

    My paper is
    http://www.math.purdue.edu/~eremenko/Navigation/Accuracy/pointvenus.pdf

    Alex.
