    Thank you for your interesting article which I have just barely read because of my upcoming duties to-day and to-morrow .

    Paul you did mention :

    Here, I am certainly in error in my published results since for these computations, I used HOE = Oft instead of 15.5 ft, hence the 3'50" dip difference ignored by my fault.

    I will review all this when back from flights. Until then, thanks to you.
