I have a library of marine functions written in C availiable under GNU
copyleft which you may be interested in using.
It compiles under solaris, linux, atari, comodore and microsoft C, it is
a library so you have to write the user interface on the platform you require.
I have attached the header file to give some idea of what is availiable
it's still work in progress but I use it with my tide calculation program.
    regards
