    Steve,

    Here is how I solved your problem

    1900  GHA = 349-15.4  Difference of 10-44.6

    v-corr (+6.9)  since by observation it will be closer to 2000 than 1900.

    Skimming the  incriments & corrections pages it looks like 44 minutes is where we need to be.  For that minute I get a v-correction for 6.9 of  +5.1'.  Subtract 5.1from 10-44.6 and I get 10-39.5.  The t-corr for 10-39.5 is 44m 40s.  So the answer should be 1944-40.
