    I do have  of a working idea regarding UT & longitude, LMT & zone time; and I do appreciate your referencing the reason for the v correction.  I know that the Moon's passage has more visible moving parts, as it were, complicating the issue leaving more opportunity for mistake in sight reduction. 

    You began an explanation of the complexity in keeping up with that movement.  Once I look into your explanation(s) of March 13 @ 12:17PM and March 14 @ 1:17AM and March 14 @ 3:39 that may make the Tables more meaningful, i.e., more useful at a glance.
