    Jan,

I would be willing to buy a photocopy or I would be willing to take the time
to make a photocopy (I have a good sized Xerox machine in my home office).
I do not own the book now, but I am trying to get it through the library.

    Regards,
    Bill Allen

    Hello, all,

Although I am collecting errors in Cotter's book together with George
Huxtable, nevertheless I consider it invaluable and the best on the matter.
It is worth xerocopying for all of you who desire to read and use it. (What
I did.) It has 390 pages.
