Attached is a table I made to calculate GHA Aries. If you find it useful you are welcome to make use of it. It is part of a Perpetual Almanac for Sun and Stars which I am finishing up, the tables are done - the examples and instructions are not.
I am curious about how you went about making your Polaris tables. I have read through the Astronomical Almanac and the Explanitory Supplement but it just dif not 'click' in my head well enough to construct long term tables.
