CHO-T inverting scope

I've recently purchased a Soviet Navy 1986 SNO-T sextant, and am seeking help as to how to use the inverting telescope. (!) I'm fine with the other non-inverting telescope, but am totally stumped with this one. As the optics appear to be far better on the inverting, I would very much like to know how to use is. The instructions, which are in crude Russian/English aren't helpful to me at all. Thanks, Lisa
