Hi,
The CELNAV.pdf file is available for download at
http://www.mcallen.lib.tx.us/books/celnav.pdf
The index page that lists this link, and at least 1 other
historical book of interest to maritime navigation is
http://www.mcallen.lib.tx.us/books/bindex.htm
Merry Christmas. Enjoy.
Note: Celnav is a manual on celestial navigation produced by
the US Coast Guard. It is about 170 pages long.
The version presented here is an Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file
that is large - about 11 Megabytes.
The document was scanned page by page.
This version of Celnav was last revised in 1988.
As a document produced by a unit of U.S. Government I believe
it to be free of copyright. There is no copyright statement
on the document.
I have no reason to remove this from the server it is on.
It should be available at this site (McAllen Mem! orial Library)
for the forseeable future.
