Just find, on these pages, the words "Flat Bygrave". Within them, you will find the images needed to create a Bygrave slide rule, albeit not cylindrical. Gary LaPook developed this.
Further, Robin Stuart and I collaborated, within these pages, documenting the precise graphics needed to recreate an MHR-1 [Kriegsmarine Bygrave, currently in my possession].
Further, it is certainly possible to recreate the mechanical tubes and pointers needed. That will take a bit more doing, but others here have indeed done so.
